All the same features of the Rapid System, while adding additional lasers to your line as your productions grows.

Seamlessly add towers and lasers to your Rapid system, as your production grows. It can be configured with as many as 46 shelves with multiple towers and can be serviced by up to 3 lasers on a single line.

Unbeatable Efficiency

• Sheets Pre-positioned on the Table – no need for the laser to waste time “finding” the sheet perimeter. Once the sheet shuttles into the laser its ready to begin cutting.
• :52 Second Nest Unload/Sheet Reload Cycle – means that if you had a run of nests that took just a minute even each to cut, your lasers would not be waiting on the automation.

• Multi-tasking Unload/Reload – the two mechanisms traverse the same gantry but are independent, ideal for tending two lasers at the same time.

Modular and Flexible

Like all Mitsubishi Automation, the Rapid Series is completely modular, allowing your production line to grow with you.

Start with a system featuring two over & under carts (11,000 lbs cap. ea.)  Later expand with a 2nd laser and nest cart between the lasers, moving the carts to the end of the line.  Nests from either laser flow to the conveyor during manned hours, and to carts when unmanned.
